Problem Statement

Client/Management users need a tool to track and see who is likely to stay and who is at risk of turnover. We need a dashboard that utilizes automated data across 30 different variables to plot out employee visibility and retention.

Users need a tool to quickly understand how to complete a task, surface data points, and where to find specific information from anywhere in the system.

Delivered Solution

After 3 reworks based on shareholder feedback, we landed on a clean and simple UX that allowed for a quick scan of data as well as entry points for digging in and customizing data.
